  2. I also watched her video I think the straining makes a difference plus gas cooking especially “sweets” is so much better than electric. I just subscribed to Maangchi’s channel because you are right she is so cute.

  3. The street grills open up flat, so they put the batter in both sides, the beans or cream in one side and then close the grill, that way you get the fish imprint on both sides plus that way it just seems easier to get the batter in without overflowing.
