In this quick video, I’m showing you guys how to make the easiest chocolate cake in a mug!! It takes only about 1-2 minutes to make and I am telling you guys, this is life changing. Mug cakes have been the rage for a while now and I feel that this type of recipe definitely belongs on my channel – it’s perfect for students, ingredients are easy to get and affordable, it’s super quick and fast, etc… Time to have your cake and eat it too

EASY VEGAN TWO-MINUTE MUG CAKE RECIPE
Ingredients –
1.5 tbsp cocoa powder
3 tbsp all purpose flour
1/4 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp maple syrup (can use other sweetener of your choice)
2-3 tsp vegetable oil
3 tbsp non-dairy milk
Optional
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
chocolate chips!! (I would definitely add this…)
RIDICULOUSLY EASY INSTRUCTIONS –
add the dry ingredients together in a bowl/mug, mix well… then add the wet ingredients, mix well.. then microwave for 30-40 seconds on high heat. AND VOILA! (if you don’t have a microwave, you can make it in the oven at 350F for around 14-15 minutes)
If you want to take the cake out and take some photos for your insta – then just mix everything in a separate bowl, then slightly grease up the inside of a mug/bowl, then transfer the batter into the mug/bowl. Then microwave as above.

if you have oatmeal…put in blender or food processor and make into oat
flour and use that instead.
