Use the best quality chocolate you can lay your hands on and good unsalted butter.
You can make this recipe 100% vegan. Simply use coconut or non dairy cream in place of the cream and margarine/ shortening or vegan butter in pace of dairy butter i have used. Also make sure your chocolate is vegan
