How to deal with winter anxiety & depression:
BEST VEGAN CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES //
Ingredients:
1 vegan egg (egg replacer, flax egg, etc.)
1 cup earth balance or coconut oil
1 1/2 cups raw sugar
2 1/4 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 package (ish) chocolate chip cookies
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350
Make your vegan egg (whisk together w/ water)
Melt earth balance or coconut oil
Mix together all dry ingredients
Pour in wet ingredients
Mix thoroughly
Pour in chocolate chips
Make cookies and place evenly spaced on greased pan
Bake 8-10 minutes or until they look golden
Struggle to get off cookie sheet (you should actually let them cool a little but I’m impatient)
