I share what I eat in a day on a chill day. All recipes are vegan and gluten-free! It’s mostly healthy but I also eat chocolate chip cookies for dessert so…. heh.

Beans:
1 can white beans, rinsed and drained
1/2 white onion, thinly sliced
2 cloves garlic
3/4 cup tomato sauce
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon brown mustard
salt and pepper, to taste

cookie recipe is the nestle toll house recipe — just sub vegan butter, 2 tbsp flax soaked in 4 tbsp water for the egg, and gluten-free flour

  2. I feel like cauliflower should be soaked in turmeric before it is cooked. But it seems a lot of vegan you tubers don’t do that. 🤔
