The last thing I gave up before I went vegan was FISH. And the main reason? Sushi. Sushi is definitely one of my favourite foods in the world! And even though most sushi restaurants have very little to offer when it comes to vegan options, you can make some awesome vegan sushi at home… and it even tastes quite similar to raw fish and has similar texture!
