Looking for a guilt-free cake recipe? In this video I show you the recipe for my vegan, gluten-free, refined sugar-free chocolate birthday cake! This recipe is easy to conquer and easy to devour! As of 2018 I am refined-sugar free, so I have been getting creative in the kitchen lab to fill my gnarly sweet tooth. I have not been clinically diagnosed as lactose and gluten intolerant, but my body definitely does not react well with it (aka belly gurgles, bloating, even nausea) so I chose plant alternatives.
