Vegan Chocolate Cupcakes

Ingredients: –
1 cup All-purpose flour
½ cup Cornflour
¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/3 cup oil
½ cup Sugar
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 tsp instant coffee powder
1 tsp vinegar
1 tsp Vanilla essence
1 Cup Hot Boiling Water
Recipe; –
1. Preheat your oven at 150°c. lined cupcake liners in the stand.
2. Add Coffee powder into the cup of hot boiling water. Keep it aside.
3. Sift all dry ingredients together for 3 times except sugar.
4. Mix oil and sugar together. Beat it well to add enough air into it.
5. Add hot coffee into it. Beat it again. Add vanilla essence into it.
6. Mix dry and wet ingredients together slowly.
7. In the end, add vinegar into the batter. Do not overmix. Vinegar and baking soda together act like volcano, which will help your cake rise.
8. Pour batter into cupcake and place it in preheated oven for 25-30 mins at 150°c.

Note: – This recipe can be used for 18 cm cake also but baking time will be more.
