VEGAN CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES
Baking time: 12-15 minutes at 155ºC (Convection oven)
Makes 6-7 big cookies 🙂
Ingredients:
1 1/2 Cup Flour
1/2 tsp. Baking Soda
1 tsp. Salt
2-3 Tbsps. Chopped Dark Chocolates
1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
1/2 Cup + 12 Tbsps. Brown Sugar
1/2 Cup Vegetable Oil
1/4 Cup Coconut Milk or any Non-dairy Milk (Soy, Almond etc.)
1 tsp. Espresso powder
