WHY I AM VEGAN- MY STORY –

I have been vegan for a while now and I have been super conflicted with my channel not being in alignment with my life and my beliefs
I am transitioning my channel/blog to align with my beliefs, I have been veg for 8+ years and have been in severe conflict here on my channel and when I owned my bakery by promoting the exploited animal industry, so I finally “got off the fence” and decided to stop being a hypocrite and follow my heart and soul passion.
I understand not everyone cares to be open to this kind of baking
(although I have been making some of my BEST recipes more recently!)
So I hope and wish that folks will be open minded and give me the same understanding for following my heart.
This has not been the case 100% so far, as I have sadly been met with anger and hatred
However others have been showing tremendous support and encouragement. I hope you will at least give it a chance. ๐Ÿ™‚
I will not eliminate my old recipes and will still help you all with baking of any kind just like always!

  2. Hey Gretchen I wanted to enroll in your baking course but I was wondering if the $50 is just for the vegan egg course or is it for the whole baking course?

    1. Okay Gretchen I went ahead and bought the vegan egg course but it still sounds kind of expensive to have to buy each course individually… Could you please make a video talking about exactly what we’re getting… Thanks

    2. Hi! The Course focuses on egg replacers only as they pertain to cake baking, so the $50 is for the Egg Replacers which is the whole course. It is a couple hours worth of video where I literally break down all the egg replacers available to us, dissect them to their ingredients to determine what they will do in our recipes to best determine which to use in what recipes best. Also bonus Vegan Sponge & Roulade recipes
      As I develop more topics I will add more courses, but think of it sort of like Craftsy- where you buy by topic. Next one will be homemade vegan pantry items like butter, cream cheese etc… But Im still finishing up this one! LOL April 2 is the target date for having it available

    1. Depends on the mix method though! This one in particular is a super liquid batter, a sort of dry ingredients into wet ingredients method, so it works here.
