  1. Hi Connie, I love BOTH your silent videos and your “talkies” thank you! I am a wanna be vegan with food sensitivities and allergies. I am having a tough time getting enough calcium from my food, and I don’t want to take supplements because I don’t absorb them well. The same goes for foods (like orange juice) with calcium added, my body does not tolerate that. I also cannot eat soy or wheat (or any gluten). I am supposed to be getting 1,200 mg each day through food. Can you please help? I would love to see a video from you on how to get enough calcium from fruits, veggies, nuts and seeds with recipes for one or two days, just so I have an idea what that would look like. I would so appreciate any helpful ideas so very much. Thanks Connie. You rock. 😀

  2. I am going to try this without the cashews. Not a huge fan of nuts in my food like that. I know, I am weird, lol. I like nuts just not mixed into certain foods. But this look so amazing so definitely going to try it out.
