One batter equal 6 Ultra Thick Cookies variations? Em yes please!

1/2 cup vegan butter
3/4 cup light brown sugar
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 flax egg
2 cups of flour
1/2 tsp baking powder

Cream butter with both brown and white sugar until fluffy and place. Add in flax egg. In another bowl, mix flour and baking powder together. Pour in the flour mixture to the wet.

Divide the dough into 6 roughly equal pieces. Add in toppings as you desire.

Bake for approximately 18 minutes in preheated oven (375). Enjoy!

Toppings:
#1 Chocolate Pecans : chocolate chips and chopped pecans
#2 Funfetti : rainbow sprinkles
#3 Peanut Butter Chocolate : Fill in with a tsp or more of peanut butter then roll in chocolate chip
#4 White Chocolate Matcha : 1 tsp of matcha/adjust according to your preference of the strength of your matcha. Then add in white chocolate chips.
#5 Double Chocolate : 1 tsp of cocoa powder and chocolate chunks.
#6 Yin and Yang : divide the dough into 2, mix the first dough with cocoa powder then add in white chocolate chips. Mix the second dough with chocolate chunks. Join both flavour and form into round shape.

You could make a batch of all the same flavour, I’m just giving options for you to try out!
