Hey everyone!! I’ve been experimenting with a lot of vegan baking recently, and since my very lactose-intolerant boyfriend’s birthday just passed, I decided to make him a vegan chocolate cake.
As a big lover of eggs, butter, and moist cake, I have to say this cake impressed me as well. In fact, it’s definitely one of my new favourites.
