Oven Roasted seasoned potatoes

Cauliflower Pizza Crust
1 Head cauliflower
1/4 cup almond flour
1 tablespoon nutritional yeast
1 teaspoon Italian spices
2 vegan eggs.
salt to taste

Directions:
place cauliflower rice in microwave for 10-15 minutes. Remove, let sit to cool. remove excess water.

Crust: 400 degrees 20-25 minutes

toppings
mushrooms
sauce
olives
daiya pepper jack cheese

Roast at 400 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
