LAY HO MA everyone! I’m Wil Yeung. Join me in today’s super “COOL” episode where we’ll make TWO incredibly easy summer drinks. Nothing beats a refreshing cold drink that you can make in no time after a long day of hard work! Try these Starbucks inspired drink recipes and let me know in the comments below what you think!
Lemon Ginger Refresher Ingredients:
– 1 tsp grated ginger
– 1 to 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
– 1 tbsp cane sugar
– ice cubes
– 1.5 cups sparkling water
– mint for garnish
Lavender Berry Refresher Ingredients:
– 1 tbsp cane sugar
– 1 tsp culinary lavender
– 3 tbsp water
– 1/4 cup frozen cherries (or blueberries)
– ice cubes
– 1.5 cups sparkling water
– mint for garnish
Lemon Ginger Drink Directions:
1. grate the fresh ginger into a small mixing bowl
2. add your lemon juice and cane sugar and stir to dissolve
3. in a cup, place ice cubes, and pour in your lemon juice mix
4. top up with sparkling water and garnish with mint leaf
Lavender Berry Drink Directions:
1. in a hot pan, add your cane sugar and lavender
2. after about 45 seconds, add your water and turn off the heat
3. give the syrup about 3-5min to infuse
4. add some chopped frozen cherries or frozen blueberries to a cup
5. add ice cubes to the cup
6. pour in your lavender syrup
7. top up with sparkling water and garnish with mint leaf
