Don’t we all just looove pizza? I can eat it every day – and this pizza is really healthy. Coconut and zucchini base, with lots of spices 🙂 So I binge on… Full recipe below.

Zucchini Crust Pizza
Raw Vegan and Gluten Free:

Makes 1 Pizza

Crust:
2 zucchini
2 Thai coconuts
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon oregano
1 tablespoon pine nuts ground with 1 teaspoon water (or as much as it takes to cream the pine nuts)
1/2 teaspoon apple cider vinegar

Topping:
1 tomato
1 mushroom
1/2 red bell pepper
1/4 onion

1 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon rosemary
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon paprika
pinch coriander ground
pinch garlic

1. In a food processor or high speed blender, blend till smooth all Crust ingredients.

2. Dehydrate at 42 degrees Celsius (108 degrees Fahrenheit), 10-12 hours or until almost dry.

3. At the same time: Cut dehydrate the tomato, mushroom, bell pepper and onion separately for 2-3 hours.

4. Add the spices and vegetables to the crust and dehydrate the 1/2-1 hour together.

  1. When you post your videos could you also put what temperature you put the dehydrator at to dehydrate these items with how long you dehydrate them for. Thanks

      for this question. I’m sure others have it too: Essentially with
      dehydrators – the dehydrator measures the temperature of the air, not
      of the food. What I do: I stick a milk thermometer into the food and
      make sure it’s 42 Celsius /108 Fahrenheit
