  1. Gretchen that pizza looks amazing! Margarita Pizza is the best! And yes I’m glad you explained what you told me about the cheese recipe it’s only fair and yes I would have said the same exact thing LOL taste like real mozzarella LOL it looks really delicious like real fresh mozzarella my dad bought a stone a long time ago and he uses that we’ve used. Also that brand of tomato sauce you bought Botticelli I buy their extra virgin olive oil very good brand I really like it. You sound better than me I got a really bad cold I got it for 2 days now I feel like crap

  2. How unfortunate that you didn’t get permission to share the recipe for the cheese 😳 it could have helped them out also. That pizza looks fabulous Gretchen 😍👌🏼

  3. That was so unkind of Skye not letting you share the recipe. It would only improve his sellings. I love the idea any way, I’ll try to do it soon.

    1. Gretchen’s Bakery he was not the original creator of this he recipe anyway .. he is not a kind vegan .. myoki created the original recipe which is available free on the web so maybe just link her .. she is very generous with her recipes

    2. Well I do understand all the work that went into making that book, so for people to just start giving away recipes is understandable. I am of course promoting the book (not because I am getting anything by doing so) just because it really is a wonderful book of recipes

  4. You can share the ingredients and YOUR method, not his specific words. Sorry but I think the point is to help make as many people vegan as possible, not to make money.

    1. Julia Truscott With food, I think we all can share and improve food creations. Miyokos probably not the first person in the world who made cheese from cashews either. I see so many similar recipes of everything that recipe dupes gets into a grey area. And I wasn’t talking about this one recipe, I’m sure the entire book some trial and error, whether or not the ideas were copied.. There are “original” recipes inside as well. Either way, it’s nice miyokos recipes is up for free.

    2. peaches he copied myokis recipe which she gives for free so no.. he didn’t spend many hours creating a recipe .. he stole another’s content and then tries to make others buy his book for the recipe which is almost exactly Myokis original recipe anyway .. without credit even .. I do not like this guys ethics at all and I have seen others call him out but he gets very nasty when he is called out

    3. That’s the author’s choice. I’m sure it took him many hours, days, years to develop these recipes. People have to make a living! I googled and tried cashew mozzarella recipes online so you don’t need the book.

  5. Do you have any tips on how to get water temperature ready for yeast? I don’t have a thermometer and I have tried doing it by feel but I feel it doesn’t rise as much as it’s supposed to. Is there a rule of thumb for heating it up in the microwave?
