These are hands down THE BEST chocolate chip cookies in the whole world! And they just happen to be vegan and super easy to make. So we all win! We all will love these like all of my friends and family members who pretty much BEG for me to bake more!
❧ MEASUREMENTS:
– 2,5 dl of sugar
– 1 dl of vegetable oil
– 1 dl of syrup
– 1 dl of coffee/plant milk/water
– 6 dl of plain flour
– 1 tsp of baking soda
– 1 tsp of vanilla sugar
– about 150g of chocolate
