This is delicious dessert made in Telugu states in India. Usually cow’s colostrum milk is used but we have used alternatives to make this recipe.

Dairy is rich in calcium is essential for your bone health. Including dairy as part of a balanced diet can decrease the risk of osteoporosis.

Dairy also contains potassium, phosphorus, protein, vitamins A, D and B12, riboflavin, and niacin.

If you are a Lacto-vegetarian then dairy is the only way you can get B12 apart from fortified foods or Vitamin supplements. What a better way to boot your B12 than this delicious dessert!
