This looks amazing and I’m totally making it this weekend. I do have to disagree with you, though- oysters aren’t vegan. They’re not a plant. They have hearts, gills, kidneys, and reproduce via eggs. If it doesn’t grow on a tree, vine, bush, stalk, etc. – it’s not vegan.
