Ingredients:
(250 ml cup)
2 1/2 tbsp flaxmeal
5 tbsp water
2 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
1 1/4 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup virgin coconut oil
1 tsp vanilla essence
1/2 tsp pink himalayan salt
1 cup whole wheat flour
3 cups old fashioned rolled oats
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 cup dark chocolate chunks or chocolate chips
a handful of roughly chopped almonds (or any nut of your choice)

Bake in preheated oven at 180 degree C for 12-15 mins or until the top is set but the centre is spongy when touched.
Oven temperature varies with oven, so keep an eye on the cookies after 12 mins.
In some oven it may take up to 18 mins to get the cookies baked.
You will get around 25 – 30 cookies with this recipe.

    I m a new subscriber. I would like to know about a turmeric tea for belly fat. Can I use fresh turmeric instead of turmeric powder? And do i need to boil it after adding fresh turmeric? Can I add honey too for a flavour?
