Hello everyone! I decided to make a recipe video for these yummy banana oatmeal cookies which are vegan, sugar-free and gluten-free if you use gluten-free oats as some of my followers on Instagram requested it! There’s also no oil in my recipe but if you like, you can add in 1 tbsp of coconut oil. I love these oatmeal cookies as they’re easy to make and great to have as a healthy breakfast or snack! Plus they’re really yum! I hope you love them too!
Ingredients
1 large very ripe banana
1/2 cup rolled oats (gluten-free if desired)
2 tbsp sweet dried fruit such as sultanas, raisins, currants, lingonberries
Pinch of salt
Pinch of cinnamon
1/2 tbsp chia seeds (optional)
1/2 tbsp flaxseed ground or whole (optional)
1/2 tbsp buckwheat groats (optional but recommended for crunch)
1 tbsp optional coconut oil

Correct me if I’m wrong but I think you totally destroy all nutritional
benefits of flax meal if you put it in oven or any other high heat
environment. That’s why I’m having a hard time using flax meal, I basically
use it only for raw nut balls that I make from leftover nut pulp.
Would love to see some raw recipes where I can use the flax meal (since I
have about 500g of it at home, hehe).
video starts at 0.59secs
it is really simple but it is healthy, filling, and delicious!!
Yum Yum can’t wait to make these.
You remind me of April from parks and recreation lol
