FIVE Ingredient Breakfast Cookies ✼ Two Ways ✼ VEGAN GLUTEN-FREE COOKIES Recipe

Do you want a delicious – but easy – breakfast to grab-and-go for work or for school? Are you interested in LOW CARB cookies that taste AMAZING? How about LOW FAT cookies that really satisfy your cravings? These cookies are so simple to make and are easy to store. Pop them in the freezer once they’re cooled and then grab in the morning on your way out the door.

✵ LOW CARB BREAKFAST COOKIES ✵

INGREDIENTS:
1 cup Almond Flour
⅓ cup Hemp Hearts
2 tsp Ground Cinnamon
2 tbsp Monkfruit Extract
½ cup Sweet Potato Puree
(pinch of salt – free ingredient)

INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Preheat oven to 350 F
2. In a small bowl combine all ingredients. Add a pinch of cracked Himalayan Pink Salt (free ingredient) and mix well.
3. On a rimmed lined baking sheet, divide mixture into 9 cookies. Be sure to shape each cookie to desired size as they will not shrink down in cooking process. Bake for 15 – 20 min.

✵ LOW FAT BREAKFAST COOKIES ✵

INGREDIENTS:
2 tsp Ground Cinnamon
2 tbsp Monkfruit Extract
½ cup Sweet Potato Puree
3 tbsp Unsweetened Almond Milk
1 cup Sprouted Oats + 0.3 cup + 1 tablespoon
(pinch of salt – free ingredient)

INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
2. Grind 1 cup Sprouted Oats in spice grinder or food processor.
3. In a small bowl combine all ingredient (reserving 1 tablespoon Sprouted Oats for top of cookies). Add a pinch of cracked Himalayan Pink Salt (free ingredient) and mix well.
4. On a rimmed lined baking sheet, divide mixture into 9 cookies. Be sure to shape each cookie to desired size as they will not shrink down in cooking process. Sprinkle each cookie with a few of the reserved Oats. Bake for 15 – 20 min.
