A while back Zizzi did a four “cheese” vegan pizza that was sublime. Where I live, I can barely get vegetarian restaurant food let alone vegan. ☹️ It’s not impossible to find it, and some restaurants will change a dish’s recipe to make it vegan. So, it’s not like I’m forced to starve.

So what sort of vegan cheese do they use? Or is it not vegan? :p
They probably use this moxxarella: if they’re getting it wholesale.
