In today’s video, I’m showing you how to make three simple and delicious vegan winter drinks! We’re making a peppermint hot chocolate, a creamy vegan eggnog and a five spiced chai latte!

**HOT CHOCOLATE**
2 cups coconut milk
2 cups boiling water
3 tablespoons raw cacao powder
1 teaspoon vanilla powder
3/4 teaspoon Simply Organic® Peppermint Flavor
1⁄2 teaspoon Simply Organic® Cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon monk fruit extract

DIRECTIONS:

**VEGAN EGGNOG**
1 cup raw and unsalted cashews, soaked at least 2 hours
2 cups water
1 13.5-ounce can coconut milk
3 medjool dates, pitted
2 teaspoons Simply Organic® Vanilla Extract
1⁄2 teaspoon Simply Organic® Ceylon Cinnamon
1⁄2 teaspoon Simply Organic® Nutmeg
1⁄8 teaspoon Simply Organic® Ground Clove

DIRECTIONS:

**FIVE SPICE CHAI LATTE**
1/2 teaspoon Simply Organic® Five Spice Powder
1/8 teaspoon Simply Organic® Cardamom
1/8 teaspoon Simply Organic® Cinnamon
1 cup water
2 chai tea bags
1 cup almond milk
2 tablespoons maple syrup
