RECIPE
brownie:
2 cups gluten-free oat flour
3/4 cup organic sugar
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 cup water
1/3 cup oil (any neutral oil will work)
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/4 cup vegan chocolate chips, melted
cookies:
1/2 cup organic brown sugar
2 Tbsp. oil (any neutral oil will work)
2 Tbsp. non-dairy milk
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 cup gluten-free oat flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 cup vegan chocolate chips

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. To a bowl, add oat flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Stir well. Add water, oil, vanilla, and melted vegan chocolate. Stir well and set to the side. To another bowl, add brown sugar, oil, non-dairy milk, and vanilla. Stir well. Add oat flour, baking powder, and salt. Stir until smooth. Add vegan chocolate chips, and stir in. Scoop the brownie batter into a greased individual bar pan (I used Wilton’s 12 cavity bar pan, but you could also use a square baking pan). Scoop and drop balls of cookie dough into each brownie. Bake 25-30 minutes. Makes 12 cookie brownies.
