Ingredients:
For Date Paste
1/3 cup Dates, soaked & deseeded
Water as required
For Hot Chocolate
Date Paste
1/4 cup Cashews, soaked
1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
1/4 tsp Cinnamon powder
Pinch of salt
2 cups Water
2 tbsp Cocoa powder
Method of preparation:
For Date Paste
In a blender jar add dates, water, and grind it into a paste.
For Hot Chocolate
In to the date paste add cashew, vanilla extract, cinnamon powder, salt, water, and blend it.
Add cocoa powder, and blend it again.
Heat the chocolate on low flame till its hot enough.
Our Vegan Hot Chocolate is ready to serve.
