Vegan Jean’s Pizza Recipe:

Pre-heat oven at 350 degrees

*PIZZA DOUGH

4 cups spelt flour OR 2 cups spelt flour + 2 cups chickpea flour
1.5 cups of water
1 tbsp cooking oil (your choice)
1 tsp salt, basil, onion powder and Irish moss

Pizza dough takes 20 min to bake

*TOMATO SAUCE

5-6 plum (roma) tomatoes
1/4 tsp. sea salt, dried basil, onion powder, oregano, and cayenne pepper
5-7 fresh basil leaves

Blend, then heat on stove top for roughly 20 mins. Cook longer for thicker sauce.

*TOPPINGS
1 cup of chopped/diced mushrooms, onions, and any kind of pepper
(I personally added jalapeno peppers and pineapples because every pizza should have pineapples and a lil spice to it.)

Fry in pan with any seasons listed above or any seasonings you prefer. Be sure to drain after cooking.

Feel free to make and add vegan cheese or use store bought v cheese.
