5 MINUTE VEGAN PIZZA CHEESE – MELTED GOOEY GOODNESS!!!

In this video, I show you how to make the best vegan pizza cheese! This melted, gooey goodness is the perfect topping for pizza, lasagna, toast, pasta and many more good things that require melted cheese. It’s easily prepared from cooked potatoes and extremely versatile, just give it a try and let me know what you think! Here, I use it as a topping for a cheese pizza toast, but feel free to use it in any way you like! But let me tell you: It’s highly addictive, so don’t blame me if you can’t stop eating it 🙂

Here is the recipe:

Ingredients:
– 2 cups cooked, drained potatoes (must be smoking hot)
– 1 cup full fat coconut milk
– 1 Tbsp tapioca starch
– 1 Tsp salt
– 1/3 nutritional yeast

Method:
– mix tapioca starch and salt in coconut milk until starch has completely dissolved.
– add mixture to smoking hot potatoes; add nutritional yeast; blend until smooth and creamy (I use an immersion blender, but feel free to use any blender you like)
– that’s it! Just top your favorite dish with this cheese and bake it at 180°C/350°F for 8-10 minutes or until the cheese starts to become golden brown.

Note: Cheese can be stored in the fridge for up to 5 days!
