This healthy, nutritious pizza recipe is packed with fiber, protein ,and lots of other vitamins and minerals. This lunch keeps me full until dinner! This pizza recipe would be great if your trying to lose weight. I hope you try and like this recipe.
You will Need…
1 Pizza crust of your choice ( I used a thin wheat crust)
Pizza or plain tomato sauce
Chopped green pepper
Chopped onion
Chopped baby Bella mushrooms
Spinach
Nutritional yeast
(I also added two cloves of garlic chopped and basil to the pizza sauce)
Bake the pizza at 425°F for 12 to 15 minutes
