Is there a reason why you don’t use some kind of nut butter instead of oil (in general, not only here)? are the cookies/cakes in your opinion less decadent maybe? or (in this cookie case) perhaps they would be softer which you wouldn’t like..?

I think so, yes! You might need to double the amount though. I haven’t tested it so I’m not 100% sure what the proportions are – sorry! XO
