The cheese was awesome straight from the pan, as you say, Yum! Tonight I plan to it on steamed cauliflower, but I can hardly wait to try it on a pizza – so excited!
I used pink Himalayan salt which is more salty than the one you use so next time I will halve the amount of salt.

Great recipe Anja! l don’t go for smoked flavour, so instead l added some nutritional yeast flakes and garlic 🙂
