Oops I’m one day late with posting this tutorial – I hope you forgive me after you’ve tried this yummy Vegan Red Velvet Recipe ;)! This recipe makes about 30 cupcakes. If you need more or less, you can easily double or half the recipe!

RECIPE INGREDIENTS:
Bake at 190°C/374°F for 17-20 minutes

V E G A N R E D V E L V E T C U P C A K E
480ml/16.2fl oz soy milk
2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
440gr/15.5 oz flour
4 tablespoons cocoa powder
2 teaspoons baking powder
2 pinches of salt
400gr/14.1oz organic sugar
320ml/10.8fl oz sunflower oil
4 teaspoons vanilla extract
1,5 tablespoon vegan red food dye

V E G A N F R O S T I N G
400gr/14.1oz soy butter
1kg/35.3oz organic powdered sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
5 tablespoons soy milk
