Vegan PIZZA?! What I Ate Today! Calisthenics, Vegan Marine Transformation

Hello everyone! I’m a US Marine, turned Electrician! I advocate a PLANT BASED diet, & an ACTIVE lifestyle. I love helping people achieve their goals, & I hope to use this platform to inform the public how easy it can be for top level athletes to adopt a PLANT-BASED diet!

Todays intake:
-Salad Mix, ToFurkey Slices.
-Lentil noodles, veggie stir fry (corn,peas,green beans) &pintos.
-Seaweed Wrap some stir fry with cole slaw & orange sauce.
-Sweet Earth’s Veggie Lovers PIZZA, + veggiedogs, beefless ground, tofurkey slices, black olives, onion, & nutritional yeast.
(this will impress your meat eating friends, I promise!)
-handful blueberries on top of my banana, dry PB-Fit mix. (Last video)
I advocate a calisthenics approach to training. the stability and bodyweight focus will challenge you in new ways!
Calisthenics:
-rings – 4 sets strict pullups, until failure, & burnout with stability holds, and/or lever variations.
-hanging ladder – Inverted rows (core engaged) 5 sets, 20 reps. 100 total reps. Again, after each set, I burnout with various holds and stability techniques. This approach allows for a cardio-like bodyweight session.
–Myself & my Roommate, Stanley the vegetarian, went on our normal trail run, 1:11 min run up, over, around, & back down the mountain.
-3mile bike ride to walmart for that grocery load, toted home in my backpack.
