Vegan Peach Lassi | Cling Peach Series 2/3

1 Star2 Stars3 Stars4 Stars5 Stars

✿ Veganlovlie Recipes / Drinks: A peach lassi that is inspired from the popular mango lassi. Just like the mango version, this yogurt-based drink is soothing on the stomach – a great way to cool off spicy foods. I am adding my own personal touch to this drink with a hint of aromatic spices.

  2. this looks lovely! i haven’t had lassi for ten years. i have frozen peaches and frozen mango, would either work in this (i’ve already got a batch of almond yogurt fermenting=)? or should i defrost and drain them?

    1. hello kokoro, you could use frozen fruits although it may change the texture of the lassi a little bit. Lassi is usually a little more runny than a smoothie. I think if you add enough liquid, like a little more plant-based milk, it will work. 🙂
