VEGAN GINGER SNAPS, or not vegan, Easy Gingerbread recipe, Holiday baking

Emi’s VEGAN GINGERBREAD COOKIES RECIPE
Preheat oven to 350 Fahrenheit.
Mix together in a bowl:
2 cups flour,
1 cup sugar,
2 1/2 teaspoons ground ginger
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon cloves
1/4 teaspoon salt

Add
1/2 cup cooking oil
1/4 cup molasses
1/4 cup milk (any milk of your choice)

Mix together, turn onto a floured board,
knead until well mixed.

Roll out and use cookie cutters, or a glass
tumbler to cut out round shapes.

Place on a baking sheet,
Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for
approx. 10 minutes.

(The thinner the cookies, the crispier they will be.)

    2. Gosh… between my husband and me,…. we have eaten all but 3,,,,… Yikes!!! And I made a big gingerbread boy with some of the dough, but I didn’t include him in the video, because he had a rather sinister smile… so I sent it over to one of my grandsons,,, because he was holding a candy cane, and that grandson loves candy canes!
