Vegan Lemon and Elderflower Cake Recipe

You can get my vegan cake recipe here

and make the following changes for a lemon and elderflower cake
-swap the vanilla in the cake mix for the zest of 1 lemon and 1tbs of elderflower cordial
-swap the vanilla in the buttercream for 1 tbs of elderflower cordial

For the lemon and elderflower syrup, use the juice of one lemon, 1 tbs elderflower cordial and 45g granulated sugar.
