1/4 cup cake flour
4 tbsp powdered sugar
2 tbsp cocoa
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 tbsp of oil
1/4 cup of water
mix all dry ingredients until all combined. Pour in oil and water then mix until there is no lumps.
Coat ramekin with oil then cocoa powder. Pour 3/4 of the batter in, add chocolate chunks then pour the rest of the batter.
Steam the cake for approximately 7 minutes in preheated steamer. Once it’s done remove from the steamer then let sit for 5 minutes. Flip the ramekin on a plate. Dust with powdered sugar.
