In this video i share my Gluten Free Pizza Recipe…
You can eat a whole Pizza guilt free & enjoy a healthy meal too!
Pizza Base Ingredients
1 Cup of Gluten Free Flour (I used Sorghum & Teff Flour)
1 TBSP of melted Coconut Oil
Around 1/2 a Cup of Water
1 tsp of Baking Powder
Salt
Toppings
Any of your choice
I used Mushrooms, Sweetcorn, Pineapple & Onion
Macadamia Nut Cheese Ingredients
1 Cup of Macadamia Nuts
1 Cup of Water
Pinch of Salt
Cook at 200*
Pre cook Base for 10 mins
Cook with Toppings for 15-20 mins
