RECIPES:
*VEGAN FUDGE*
Ingredients:
3/4 cup canned, full-fat coconut milk
3 cups dark chocolate chips (I subbed vegan choc chips)
1 teaspoon peppermint extract
3-4 peppermint candy canes, crushed (or coconut, nuts, any other candy!)
*NO BAKE COOKIES*
Ingredients:
1 cup natural peanut butter
½ – ¾ cup honey ( I subbed for agave to make vegan)
½ cup coconut oil (I subbed for avocado oil)
6 Tablespoons cocoa powder
2 teaspoons vanilla
2¼ cups gluten-free quick oats
