That looks fabulous – Pizza is good any time of year!!! It must be hotter than Hades in Las Vegas – it’s 99 degrees in Sacramento. I’ve been making huge batches of potato salad with a pound of diced veggies added in – YUM……
Thanks! It just hit 100 for the first time this year. It’s a dry heat… That’s why I was using the Breville to cook the pizza because it doesn’t heat up the house at all. Potato salad sounds great! I should make some for sure.
You know we gotta have that cream cheese recipe! We’re seniors on SS and cannot fit a book into our budget right now. BUT OH BOy, Crab Rangoons are a must to grab when you go eat Chinese. TKS so much for this.

I agree, it does look amazing. The crust turned out perfect!
I was impressed that it came out so well, honestly. I just bought that pizza stone at a thrift store the previous week (still in the box, unused), and I wasn’t sure how it would do in my Smart Oven. I normally wouldn’t cook the crust before adding toppings, but it did make a huge difference with the way that the bottom turned out. I think I’ll do that from here on out.

We were just talking about crab Rangoon yesterday! You read our minds! We bought vegan imitation crab from an Asian grocery store and made it into vegan spicy mayo crab for sushi topping. We love the Vegan Roadie. This is such a great idea! ❤️❤️❤️ Saving it to make later!
I must have read your mind! Dustin really created something special with this recipe. Have you seen my vegan spicy crab sushi video? I use baked tofu as the “crab”. It’s one of my favorites ever. I’ve never had vegan imitation crab before. I’ll have to look for that next time I’m at the Asian grocery stores. Let me know how this recipe turns out for you if you give it a try!
