  4. Made a big batch of the oat cookies with my daughter today and they are DELICIOUS! Thank you. Used raisins instead of goji berries and nuts. Added a few tablespoons of water to pre-empt potential drieness mentioned in another comment, and the consistency was perfect. Will definitely make again 🙂
