Vegan Chocolate Chip Mug Cake + Coconut Bliss Ice Cream Taste Test| Dairy, Gluten, Soy, and Mostly N

I haven’t done a vegan recipe on this channel in a while and this recipe came up, so I hope you guys enjoy! Why the title says “mostly-nut-free” is because I’m using coconut oil and coconut milk for this (I’m not allergic to coconut)

Recipe
4 tbsp flour
1/8 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/2 tbsp coconut oil
2 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp coconut milk
2 tbsp semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions
In a mug, place all of the ingredients—except the chocolate chips—and stir them until it forms a cake batter.

Add half of the chocolate chips and mix them with the batter and the other half placed on top

Put the mug in a microwave for 1 minute

(Optional) Add a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top

*For a healthier recipe, use apple sauce instead of coconut oil, use coconut flour instead of brown rice flour, use coconut palm sugar, date sugar, or brown sugar instead of cane sugar, and use cacao nibs instead of chocolate chips.

  1. I would most definitely make a video on the environmental impacts of palm oil, loved the cake in cup, the look on your face said it all 😀
