Hello my friends!
I cannot believe it’s almost Christmas!
It seems like these past weeks just came and went. At times it felt like the days were endless as I spent around 6 weeks in a cast, but I am so happy to say that I am doing well and am slowly walking now 🙂 Even though I wasn’t able to do much in my cast I managed to film this recipe video for my all-time favourite…. Chocolate chip cookies!!! These cookies are so easy to make and have become a weekly staple. They are so chewy and chocolatey, they’ll keep you happy this holiday season.
