VEGAN Chocolate Chip Cookie in a Mug Recipe

So unhealthy, yet so delicious. It’s so easy to veganise baking recipes, or in this case, microwave recipes as no baking is required for this amazing and easy dessert.

INGREDIENTS:
2 tbsp vegan butter/margarine
2 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp caster sugar
1/2 cup plain flour
1 tbsp dairy free chocolate chips
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1 egg substitute (I used a powdered egg substitute in this recipe but you could also use a flax egg, chia egg, or half of a mashed banana)

METHOD:
Soften butter in microwave. Combine with all other ingredients and microwave for one minute.
