This is the easiest vegan chocolate cake I have ever made! It’s moist, delicious and super cheap to make too! You have to try this recipe out guys, it uses only basic ingredients that most people already have their pantry! Yummo!

Ingredients-
1.5 cups S/R flour (or 1.5 cups all purpose flour + 3 tsp baking powder + 1/2 tsp baking soda)
1/2 cup sugar or stevia
1/4 cup cocao or cocoa powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/3 cup olive oil (or you can also use vegetable, canola or coconut oil)
1 cup of any plant based milk

If your rice cooker has different settings, cook the cake on the lowest setting or on ‘slow’. If you have a rice cooker like mine you will have only have a ‘cook and warm’ setting. Switch your rice cooker to ‘cook’ setting, this will warm up the rice cooker. After 5 minutes the rice cooker will turn itself to ‘warm’. Leave the setting on ‘warm’ and leave cake to cook on this setting for 45 minutes before checking. If the cake is not yet cooked, check on the cake every 15 minutes. You will know the cake is cooked if you stick a skewer or knife into the cake and nothing sticks to it as it slides out of the cake. Turn off rice cooker once cooked and allow to cool for 10- 15 minutes before taking it out of the rice cooker.

Icing I used to decorate cake-
