*Preheat oven to 160°C fan assisted*
For the wet mixture:
125g of vegan butter
125g of brown sugar
1 tsp of vanilla extract
1 tsp of egg replacer (mix with 2 tbsp water)
2 mashed ripe bananas
Other ingredients:
190g of wholemeal self raising flour
60 ml of coconut milk
35g (a handful) of crushed almonds
