vegan almond cookies ~ easy & delicious

merry christmas evee!! (if you celebrate!) today I have a short little video showing you guys my new vegan christmas cookie recipe! if you watched last year, I showed you how I make my family’s holiday cookies (non-vegan): but this year I changed up the recipe a bit to make them vegan!! I was super nervous at first that it was going to be a total fail but they actually turned out sooo good!! even my entire non-vegan family though so

here is the full recipe:

cookies:

4 sticks vegan butter
1/2 cup coconut sugar
2 “flax eggs” ()
5 cups almond flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
almond extract

icing:

confectioner’s sugar
vanilla almond milk
food coloring

I ended up adding a little bit of all-purpose flour to the batter at the end so that they would roll out easier!! if you try these plzz let me know!!
