Today in this video I will show you how to make Veg Omelette Pizza, which is also very healthy. This Veg Omelette pizza is also very simple to make and good for yours kids lunch box or tiffin.

Lets have a look at Ingredients for Veg Omelette Pizza:
– 100 Grams semolina
– 3 Tbsp besan ( Gram flour )
– 2 Tbsp whole wheat flour
– 2 Cheese cubes – grated
– 1 Finely chopped capsicum
– 1 Finely chopped onion
– 1 Finely chopped tomato
– 4 Tbsp pizza sauce
– 3 Tbsp oil
– 1/2 Tsp red chilli powder
– Salt to taste
– 1/2 Tsp oregano
– 1 Chopped green chilli
– Few coriander leaves
– 1/2 Tsp cummin powder
– 1 Tbsp red chilli powder
– 1 Tbsp coriander powder
– 1 Tbsp garam masala powder
Method:
– In a mixing bowl add semolina, gram flour, whole wheat flour, green chilli, coriander leaves, salt and red chilli powder and mix well
– Add one glass water and mix again to form a smooth batter
– Make sure there are no lumps
– Cover it and keep it aside for 15 minutes
– You can see the batter is puffy now
– If the batter is thick, you can add little more water
– Now add little onion and tomato in a batter and give it a mix
– The batter is ready for preparing veg omelet
– Heat a pan on a medium flame and spread one spoon oil on it
– Pour about two ladle spoons of batter in the center and spread evenly
– Spread some oil on the top and cook on medium until crisp and golden brown
– Flip over and cook the other side as well
– Now spread some pizza sauce, onion, capsicum, tomato, oregano, and cheese
– Cover it with a lid and let it cook for 3 -4 minutes
– Omelette Pizza is now ready – crispy and golden brown – remove it in a plate
– In a similar manner make the remaining omelette pizzas
– Veg omelette pizzza is ready – cut into pieces and serve hot
