This TASTY Chocolate Chip Cookie Will Make You VEGAN│BEST Ever GLUTEN FREE Chocolate Chip Cookies

INGREDIENTS:
1 cup Almond Flour
⅓ cup Tapioca Flour
⅓ cup Flax Seed
1 teaspoon Baking Soda
½ teaspoon Pink Salt
¼ cup Coconut Sugar
2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
2 teaspoons Maple Syrup
¼ cup Coconut Oil
¼ Dairy-free Chocolate Chips
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Preheat oven to 375 F. Grind flax seeds in a spice grinder or blender and add to a large mixing bowl. Combine all dry ingredients and mix.
2. Melt coconut oil and then add all wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix.
3. Using two sheets of wax paper, roll out dough until desired thickness. Using a biscuit cutter or a glass, cut out circles and place on a baking mat lined with either parchment paper or a silicone baking mat. Re-roll extra dough pieces and repeat the process until all cookies are formed. Top each cookie with three chocolate chips and bake for 9-13 minutes. Enjoy!
